SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: card set up

The problem is that the largest xD card that your camera can support is an M or H 512mb card. The 1gb or 2gb cards are not compatible. The firmware in the camera cannot support memory storage with that capacity. The camera came out before those cards did and there no plans to upgrade the camera to allow those types of cards to be supported.

SOURCE: on the E-500, can you shoot using the lcd screen

No you can't, HOWEVER the newer models you can...should mention that Olympus was the first to make a DSLR camera with dual viewing options...check out their site, they've got some awesome new things. The e-520 and 620 would be my next choices.

Shaking when in picture mode

What camera are you using? Generally, when a camera is zoomed in like a telescope, it's difficult to keep the scene steady. When photographing a still shot, the camera will in most cases compensate for the shaking by selecting a faster shutter speed. You can over-ride these in several ways, but that's for another message. When videoing, especially indoors, the camera will shoot at slower shutter speeds, and wider lens opening. Zooming in, like a telescope, creates the shake. Suggest that you shoot with the zoom all the way out (wide angle instead of telephoto), and get closer to your subject. Also placing the camera on a tripod or mini tripod, will steady the shot.

How do i get the viewfinder to show fullscreen. At the moment there are 2 black strips down each side in "iauto" mode. When i first had the camera it was fullscreen. Thank you.

The LCD screen on the Olympus SP-800uz camera is widescreen (16:9).
If you set the camera to take pictures in (4:3) ratio you het the black sides.

Solution:
Select a Widescreen Image Size (see the manual page 30) by selecting one of
the available Image Size settings 16:9 (L) (4288×2416) or 16:9 (S) (1920×1080).

Canon eos rebel xsi screen is black when taking a picture but shows picture afterwards..Menu works also so screen works but just black when trying to take a pic..

Set the shooting mode to a Creative Zone mode. Press MENU to enter the menu. Under the Setup tab, select [Live View function settings] then press SET. Select [Live View shoot] and press SET. Select [Enable] and press SET. Press MENU to exit the menu. Press SET. The image should now appear on the LCD instead of through the viewfinder.

Refer to "Live View Shooting," Chapter 5 in the manual for more details and the limitations of the LiveView mode.
