Water dispenser line leaking at bottom of freezer

water dispenser line leaking at bottom of freezer door hinge, line broken, do i need to remove the inside door panel of freezer door to replace it?

You don't have to remove it if there' s a piece of line about 5" or more sticking out from the bottom of the door ,enough to join the rest of the line with a compression coupling (1/4" plastic)

if you have enough room left you can just cut out the hole and go to any hardware store and pick up a water line coupler and repair it....if it is too short or broke up inside the door then you need to remove the water/ice dispenser and pull the line through and run the new one down the track.
