There should be 2 screws at the top that screw into the counter to keep it from doing so....open the door and look at the top under the lip of the counter and you should see 2 brackets just make sure there are screws in the brackets and that should take care of it.

Power cannot be turned on. led display not on

Check that the draws are closing properly and evenly , there is a door sensor just inside the frame top and bottom on the right side .

If thr machine is not level the doors can slide forward.

if this does not work , feel if the draw really locks in when closed because at the back of the draw slides on each side are two plastic lock mechanisms. when the draw has been out they need to be upwards facing so when closed thy lock the slides in on both sides . Sometimes thy only lock in one side causing it not to deactivate the door sensors and shut down .

Yes it sounds simple, but most problems i have found are

The dryer drum keeps rolling even when the door is opened

Your door switch is not working. Try to trigger it manually by flipping it forward. MOST OF THE TIME THE SPRING IN THE SWITCH FAILS AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

The door gasket on the freezer is not tight. can

Yes you can do this yourself with just some basic tools and a little patience and assistance.

You'll need to remove all food from the freezer as it will take at least 45 minutes or longer, depending on how well you do.

If you roll back the door gasket, you'll see the fasteners that hold the gasket in place. Remove these starting with the ones on the bottom edge and then the sides. Finally, remove the top ones, leaving the two top corners for last, that way you can have someone help hold the door liner, so it doesn't drop to the floor and get damaged.

I would also suggest that a day or so before you're going to do the repair, that you let the new gasket lay out on a floor somewhere where it can't get damaged so it will relax and get most of the kinks out of it from shipping, etc.

Then simply put the gasket onto the door liner and reinstall all the screws back onto the door frame.

You can find your gasket part at www.searspartsdirect.com by entering in your model number for your unit and looking at the drawings and parts list provided.

Hope you've found this very helpful and best regards!

My Bissell Dirtlifter Powerbrush carpet cleaner will not roll. The back wheels roll fine, but when you put the machine down flat, the front part (where the roller is) sticks and will not roll.

I had the same problem. It would pull backwards but not go forward. A closer examination revealed the clear plastic part on the bottom in the very front of the machine had popped loose on one side.
If you look at the front of the machine, there is the clear plastic part on top where you see the dirty water being sucked up. The bottom half that creates the channel for the vacuum is where it came loose. It wouldn't create enough suction to draw the water up either. By taking out the two screws that hold the top part in place and removing it, I was able to snap the bottom back in. Works fine now. Hope this helps.

Freezer

there are what are called door "cams" on the bottom of the doors. One piece is on the bottom of the door and the other one is on the hinge. Both pieces need to be replaced and it is possible both your doors may need them. The parts come as a hinge assembly. That means you need to replaced the hinges on the bottom and they should come with the piece that goes on the bottom of the door also. You may also have a blocked defrost drain. There is a hole in the center rear, under the evap plate there where you see the dripping. that may need some air pressure blown through it to clear it. remeber, ever time the unit defrost, you will get that water.
