Pull your magnetron connector out and clean the both pins with alcohols or a metal cleaner and then fix it again and use. magnetron will work surely.

The device used to heat your food has died (magnetron)
if it sounds like its working normally, but not cooking, then microwave emitter is kaput. buy new one.
