Download address book from phone to computer using bluetooth
I have paired my V3xx 3G with my MAC and successfully transferred pictures from the phone to computer using bluetooth. Address book does not appear on the menu for downloads when I establish bluetooth connection. However, when I try to transfer address book information from phone to computer using the "send contact" option, I am unable to complete the connection. Why can I transfer some information using bluetooth, but not my address list?

The iPhone will not pair with other phones through bluetooth. It will only pair with audio headsets, other iPhones, iPods, iPads in specific apps and other specific bluetooth devices.
If you are trying to get your contacts off of the phone. You will need to do this though a windows or mac computer. Also usually carriers would offer to move the contacts for a price as well.
To do it on a windows or mac computer, you would connect the samsung to the computer, and transfer to contacts off of the phone and into Microsoft outlook, or windows Contacts if you are on a windows computer, or if you are on a mac you would transfer them into Address Book. Once the contacts are int hese programs, you can sync them from the computer, using itunes to the phone.
When you are pairing two 'smart' devices (e.g. phones, computers) with each other, the user starting the pairing procedure may choose any sequence of numbers he/she can think of, as a passkey (e.g. the code which is widely used by headsets, '0000' (four zeros)), provided that the device which receives the pairing request specifies that same passkey.
Hope it works for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if you need further informations.
What you do is find the bluetooth symbol at the top of your screen (the background) then go to SETTINGS and then to DEVICE VISIBILITY (should be the very top) hit the ON choick then OK for other bluetooth devices to recognise it. then go back to the MAIN BLUETOOTH MENU (just hit back button) and go to SEARCH NEW DEVICE (second one down) but make sure you are in the same room as your computer to have your phone connect with the computer. That should then find your computer and then REQUEST TO PAIR (just touch the name of your mac) and then ENTER THE CODE (should be four zeros if you didnt change it and do the same thing on your mac then after that just select the photo you want to send and hit SEND VIA BLUETOOTH and select your mac

Pioneer DEH-P65BT Jailbroken!! Iphone 3g FW: 3.1.2. Mac or PC (addressbook on Mac or Outlook on Win)
- Sync your contacts trough Itunes with your PC or Mac - Go to addressbook on Mac (or Outlook on win) and export all your contacts to a vcf file (Called Vcards in addressbook) - Copy the vcf file to your Iphone (iphoneExplorer / SSH / DiskAid or other solution) - Download iBluetooth (I used it from the Xsellize source) - Set up you radio to PhoneBook Transfer (Your phone is not connected to the radio at this point) - In iBluetooth browse to the VCards.vcf and send it to the Pioneer unit. - It now says transfer done and the phonebook is stored.
Posted this because it took me days to get it working. Haven't found a working solution on the net.
Also transfering the phonebook from another phone isn't a solution because however the phonebook will be stored it won't be usable by your iphone. The pioneer registers the phonebook to a device so it's absolutely necesarry to transfer it from the actual iphone (or send it from a laptop with a spoofed BT-Mac that matches your iphone)
You have to first pair your phone with the head unit. After that is successful, unpair it on your phone, but keep the bluetooth on. Go to individual contacts, and select "send using bluetooth". If the contact transfer is successful, the phone number will appear in the Phone Book list on the head unit, the next time you pair it.
