Question about Fujitsu LifeBook E7110 Notebook
Dont get anything on screen(screen black)removed hd removed mem.power up can hear cddrive kicking in light on on wireless network.beeps a few times but thats cos mem removed,no prob when in but nothing at all on screen.tried external monitor;nothing.
If that happens you have a bad cpu, possibly a burnt one, the pentium 4/centrino mobile cpus dont have the function that turns them of when they get hot, or it may be that your motherboard has a destroyed bios, and thats ufixable.

Its good that it beeps without the memory that means the mainboard is trying to boot. Make sure to try each ram chip individually in both sockets (if you have 2). If that gets nowhere I would try another CPU next.
