Question about Computers & Internet
I have a logitech lx310 laser mouse and keyboard combo...i ad recently done some changes to my computer, as soon as i turned on the computer again i noticed that all 3 indicator lights were on but my start up screen was saying that i didnt have a keyboard plugged in so i snagged an old mouse and keyboard setup and tried to see what the problem was.... i know that the receiver is connected because all of the lights are lit up but its not saying that it is connected on my pc, why would it do that
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you replaced the batteries make sure they where "new" batteries, try pressing the sync button on the mouse first, then on the receiver.
If that fails unplug the receiver from the computer wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in, wait for windows to recognize the device again, then re-sync the two.
Wireless devices are handy, however they do add one more area of failure to your computer. I'd highly recommend going with a USB mouse unless you need the wireless range.

Firstly, try changing the batteries in the keyboard.
If still has issues, try moving the receiver to another area. Try to remove from other sources of interference such as Monitors, Speakers and Power Supplies.
If this doesn't work, try using a non-wireless mouse, and see if the keyboard still has issues.
If all this fails, then I would consider replacment.

SOURCE: Logitech Mouse Not Working
Are your batteries in the Keyboard and mouse good?
You probably have gotten it working by now but here is a way to get it work if not.
Press the Receiver button a(and the lights will start flashing, then if its the Keyboard that isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect.
If its the MOUSE do the same except push the small RESET?CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect. Then they should work properly. Hope this helps. Bud

HELLO, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO DOWN LOAD THE SOFT WARE THEN PLUG IN THE USB AND AFTER THAT ON YOUR RECIEVER CLICK THE CONNECT BUTTON ON THE RECIEVER TILL IT RECONIZES BOTH KEY BOARD AND MOUSE I HAVE THE LOGITECH WIRELESS SYSTEM AND I LOVE IT TILL THE BATTERIES GO OUT ON THE MOUSE OR KEY BOARD LOL THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.
