The touch screen not responding

If the copier works but the touch display won't respond, you will need to have the touch screen panel overlay replaced. That is a very common problem that happens to those touch displays

If this is a touch screen it is broken. It is probably not cost effective to replace the screen.

I have the same problem. touch screen still reacts to respond but nothing displays on the screen but all white.

did you try to rotate the contrast button to left/right by your finger. It doesnt respond to pushing it.

You may need to reset. Important: Only reset your iPhone or iPod touch if it is no longer responding. To reset, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

In my opinion if you have black and white screen internal and external screen while booting and while you are into windows desktop you have a faulty graphic card. Common fault on toshiba laptops.
Actualy the reason for their sales drops dramaticaly in the past few years ;)

The touch pad is dead...it's a hardware issue...go to the vendor or workshop...within a year it is replaced for free.Good luck.

Maybe your colour setting is wrong or worse your color tube is no good. You will have to change the screen settings (color). If it wont work probably color tube is gone.

My touch screen has not been responding but my navigation buttons are working. I'm not able to check my contacts too.. .
