Question about Logitech Quickcam Chat Webcam
The problem with the webcam CD's is the software does not incorporate the latest drivers. If the driver on the CD has a conflict Logitech will issue a 'patch' and then incorporate the modification in the latest issue.
For this reason I would unplug your webcam, uninstall the existing Logitech software. Restart your computer, visit the Logitech website - identify your camera and download the new software
Prior to doing this you should see if Microsoft have identified the problem and posted a solution on your computer
