my friends ipod was doin that jus put it in dfu mode and then it will ask u to restore it on itunes

i have the same problem and i think that you have to go to connect itunes in apple.com in there you justa have to go in "ipod+itunes" then enter your accout but theres my problem it says that that the account is inorrect so i hope this info. helped
