Question about LG L1915S 19" LCD Monitor
The LG 194WT monitor is basically the same unit as the LG 196WTQ and both models use the same power supply board. When the parts called capacitors start to fail on the power supply board you get the symptoms that you have - Either no power, a flashing power light, slow to show a picture or a wavy picture. This is a easy fix, you will just need to replace the 6 bad capacitors on the power supply board. Here is a link to a repair guide for the L196WTQ that should help you get yours going. The boards are the same so the repair will be too.
I hope this helps,

Same problem as above. Had mine for 2.5 years and worked fine until I tried to turn it on this morning - won't come on at all. I have tried another power cable and verified that another monitor works on the old one.
