Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
I have an original PS3 60 GB that I bought refurbished a little over a month ago. DVDs, Blu-ray, and PS2 games play just fine. I downloaded the Flowers game and that played just fine. The problem is with PS3 disc games. We get these pale diagonal parallel lines running across the screen, and then while the game is running we'll get random horizontal sections across the screen that distort. I bought a warranty, but would like to find out any info I can first before sending unit in. Thanx.
That means that the laser inside your blu-ray reader is damaged. that's why only ps2 games work since they are not blu-ray.
