If the motor is working...Shut off the power to the dryer, reach inside the drum and try to rotate the drum 1/4-1/2 turn. Sometimes the motors get dead zones in them and this will help move it out of the dead zone

It could also be the drum rollers that need lubrication or replacement, if they are not rotating it would not allow the drum to spin.

I hope this helps

Drum not spin but blower wheel is spin when press start

So you are saying the dryer will run normal but the drum will not turn. That is caused by a broken drum belt. It may have just come off but that doesn't usually happen too often. Probably broken belt.

Bosch Classixx 1400 Express - Drum not rotating.

Sounds like teh belt has either broken and come of of drum, or is simply lose. take the back off mchine; if broken buy a new one; if lose loosen motor bolts, press teh motor down until belt is taught and retighten. Check first to see if their is soap on the belt/pully/drum/motor carrying the belt as this could be causing it to slip

Dryer heats but drum does not tumble

more than likely your tension on the belt, or the belt itself has slipped or broken,, Open the cabinet, Look at the bottom, you will see a tensioner, your belt will slide past this devise,, if its just hanging free, your belt has either come off the drum, or broken,, replace as needed, be sure and check that the drum is not bound up on something prior to starting,, a simple twist of the drum will move it if it's turning freely

MY WASHER IN FINAL SPIN STARTS BANGING OR SLAPINING LIKE A BAD BELT OR SHOCK, BUT THEY LOOK OK [ NO DAMAGE TO BELT / ADD, PREASURE ON TUB DOES NOT HELP ] NOISE IS ONLY ON HIGH SPEED OF FINAL SPIN FRIDG. #...

it could be 2 or 3 things wrong here 1 could be something as simple as an uneven load that would make the machine jump about and bang,it could also be the drum spider this is internal to the tub it holds the drum onto the drum shaft this could be broken or it could be one of the counter balance blocks as become lose all three would only really show when in high spin gd luck

How do i fix the tub from not spinning

You did not say if it was broken or not...
If it is broken then it must be replaced.
If it is not broken, then it must have came off the pulley or the drum.
you have to pull the front of the dryer off and remove the drum to reinstall the belt on the pulley and the drum

Asko T720 clothes dryer - thumping noise like the drum is damaged and shakes when going.

hi
The drum of the dryer is usually turned by a motor-and-belt assembly. There are two very clear signs that the belt is malfunctioning: You can easily spin the drum by hand when the dryer is off, or you hear a heavy thumping sound coming from the drum when the dryer is running. Here's how to test and replace the drum belt:

Step 1: Locate the belt by removing the back or front service panel. Depending on the type of dryer you own, you may have to prop up the drum to keep it from sagging. Don't let the drum hang; the bolts that hold it in the cabinet could be damaged. Don't remove any more parts than necessary.

Step 2: Identify the belt. The old belt may be threaded around the idler pulley and motor drive shaft. Draw a diagram showing how the pulley is installed so you'll be able to replace it properly. If the old belt is worn or frayed, but not broken, leave it around the drum as a pattern for positioning the new belt; cut the old belt and remove it when the new belt is in position.

Step 3: Remove the old belt from the pulleys and stretch the replacement belt into place. The new belt must extend around the dryer drum and the pulleys. The trick is to align the belt on the drum with the pulleys -- the ribs on the new belt go against the drum.

Step 4: Once the belt is aligned, turn the drum by hand, if possible, to make sure the belt is tracking. You may have to reassemble part of the cabinet to do this.
