This is actually an issue with the new update, once updating your phone, it may no longer connect to any wifi or bluetooth networks.
Your probably going to have to do a restore on your iphone: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jzyy4puapig

Why have my Bluetooth stop pairing with my iPhone 4 it keep saying connection unsuccessful, now discoverable

Hi Timothy
Noise on the same frequency (channel) as your bluetooth connection can inter fear with the connection process.
Check the IOS version you are running. Update if needed via WiFi.
Try outside, away from WIFI & microwave ovens & hotspots & other smart phones & devices in your area.
Turn off your Bluetooth on the iPhone.
Reset the iPhone by quitting all Apps then Hold down Top & Round button together for 5 seconds or more.
Restart your phone with top button (3-4 seconds)
Erase the old bluetooth connection name and restart the discovery routine to establish a new connection.
Last Resort..... Do a full restore or the iPhones IOS
If all else fails.... drop in to your Apple Store
Good Luck

Cant connect to wifi because bluetooh is stuck running a prograhm

You can turn off BlueTooth by either going to Settings-->Bluetooth, or touching the BlueTooth icon in the Control Center (swipe bottom to center to bring up the Control Center).

Test your WiFi. If it doesn't work, double-click the Home button, locate the program BlueTooth is running, and swipe it to the top of the screen.

Test WiFi again. If it doesn't work, power down; wait 5 minutes; and power up your phone (if you don't see the white Apple icon when powering up, you did not power down properly).

Change my straight talk iphone sims to another iphone and need and cant get on web

Every phone you want to to connect to the net, you have to setup for that. You have to set up the WiFi, the cell connection, from your provider and you have to give in what the phone should use. Cell or WiFi if both are available. (best is WiFi, to save your costs).
Check if everything is setup as it should be. Plugging in a sim is not enough.

Two possible options:

Use Wifi to connect the iPad to your home wifi. Read this: iOS Connecting to Wi Fi

IF your iPad it equipped with cellular option (3G ,4G depending on iPad generation) you can insert a sim card with a mobile data plan to connect to the internet. Here are several reads for several providers:

No SIM card for iphone 3G/8GB (Model #A1241)

You need a SIM card to activate the phone - you can even get a used/deactivated SIM.

Dropped my iphone 3G. The error message appeared "No SIM" and I cannot make a call or receive one. I can however do everything else the iphone can do - facebook, read email, etc.

It is possible that the SIM tray came a little loose and the card lost its connection. Try taking it out and putting it back in (use a paper clip to pop out the tray on the top of the phone). If that doesn't work, then something is most likely broken and you should take it in to an Apple store for repairs.

IPhone 3G keeps saying 'bluetooth unavailable' and 'No Wi-Fi'

If iPhone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond
  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

More resets:
Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.

Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.

2 Problems..Sim Card Problems

Well, first off, an iPhone won't work at all with a T-Mobile SIM card. American iPhones are locked to AT&T's network -- only AT&T SIM cards will work in them.

As far as activating it with AT&T, make sure that the iPhone isn't connected to the computer while you install iTunes. Once iTunes is installed, connect the iPhone to the computer and iTunes should launch automatically and begin the activation wizard. Just follow the instructions on the screen and answer the questions.
