Siemens 4100 router problem

ok so i had my computer cleans out and had everything deleted from it. Now my internet works for about 5 minutes when i turn off and on my speedster 4100 router. After that the internet connection doesn't seem to work anymore. Do i need to download the router program into my comp? And i have lost the CD for it.
