Question about GE Dishwashers
Your dishwasher is most probably off level.a lot of dishwashers have an anti-flood system in the form of two small hoses at the front"bottom" left&right of the machine.when your d/w is leaning slightly forward these hoses will allow a little to escape from your d/w.
