Question about Samsung LE32R73BD 32 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
I have a Samsung LE32R73BDX, 2 days ago, I turned on the TV to find that I have static lines running vertically through out the whole screen. I still get picture and sound, but its overlayed with static lines. The lines look mostly white, about half centimetre thick with bits of green and red. The run vertically, looking like morse code, it isnt clean cut lines. It like this for all the sources, for one of the scart source, the top 2 inches dont have the lines. Its a clean picture. Got a photo here....
I've turned off all power, unlugged wall, left it overnight, still the same.
As the top is ok and the bottom has this issue.
It looks like the circuit board has a bad connection to your screen.
it is not repairable by you and not an adjustment.
you need to have it repaired.
don't you miss the old wack on the side fix?

Got the same problem.
Exactly like the photo.
Now i am not satified with the solution given by Mr. Coldcut because my menu and TXT is clear.
If i put on TXT on half screen i have the static disturbtion only in the TV half screen and not in teletext.
disturbtion is in all inputs including HDMI
So problem must be in PCB which has the scart and antenna connectors.
Please comment !
