HI. Try to clean the lens with a optical lens cleaning disk. If the cleansing dose not produce positive results, You will then need to replace either the optical assembly, or the entire DVD-ROM drive. This will correct the issue.

sounds like ur laser if cracked or faulty have to send it in to microsoft to fix it or just get a new one
