Question about HP DesignJet 5500PS InkJet Printer

System error 000603 039002a7

Hello,

we have an HP designjet 5500. Earlier today, i printed some projects fine, and now it won't print and it keeps showing a system error 000603 039002a7 as soon as i submit a new job.
The message goes away once I hit the enter button on the printer.

Problem
Description:
24 V source test failure.
Corrective Action: Replace the Electronics Module

Hello. This error code indicates that the 5VDC and ground are shorted together by the trailing cable. Replace the trailing cable.

Error code 0C0040 is caused by the drop detector not detecting drops from at least 2 print heads in the same area. Run print head recovery on all the print heads and see if that clears up the problem. If not, then clean or replace the drop detector. I have problem with my 5500 hp: check printhead path 2
The most common cause of the Check Print Head Path Error 2 is a worn out carriage belt. Open the top cover and locate the carriage belt. It is the long thin belt that extends the full length of the plotter. Use a light and look under the belt for debris that looks like pencil erasure crumbs. I cannot find a print driver for my HP Designjet 450C that will work with windows 7
check on hp.com. click support and driver/ enter the product number in the bar/select the operating system as win 7. i think u must have tried that before.

ok the win 7 support driver is still not updated on the site so dear you will have to wait for few more days till hp updates the software for your 450c printer.

After print heads alignment its getting error 1004
The trailing cable is probably runing the printhead. Try replacing the printhead and trailing cable together. Parts available at: http://www.lpscomputer.com/c-622-designjet-5000-5500.aspx
