Xerox 5034 Printer with U4-1 Fault Code

I just replaced the fuser lamp with a new one and the fault code is still there on the display panel. Is there some kind of reset switch I have to press to clear the code? The old Fuser Lamp was all black from having burned out I think.

First make sure the problem was the fuser lamp.
There is a overheat thermostate fuse that can open also, and need to be replaced.
A fuser heat sensor can cause this problem as well.
The connectors on the fuser rod ends, can corrode and not connect very good. (Very important)
If there is constant overheating, the fuser triac can be faulty, causing constant overheats and open fuser fuses to open.
Power on the machine with the 0 button pressed.
Type 20, press enter, type 3 press enter, dn should be displayed.
power off the machine, and see if the copier comes to a please wait.
Good luck

If the problem continues then you may also have problems with the thermistors which are also easy fixes once the fuser is removed.

Can you verify the error code? 092-315 does not appear in the error code site. See link below

How To Search for a Fault Code WC7220 / WC7225 Fault Code Page
To search on a fault code, enter one code at a time. The codes will be displayed on the Touch Screen.
Fault code format: A 3-digit number, followed by a 3-digit number. For example, 010-352.
Viewing Fault and Alert Messages on the Control Panel
When a fault or alert condition occurs, a message will be displayed on the Control Panel to inform you of the problem. Alert messages inform you about printer conditions, such as low supplies or open doors, that require your attention. Fault messages warn you about printer conditions that prevent the printer from printing or degrade printing performance. If more than one condition occurs, only one displays on the Control Panel.
To view a complete list of active fault and alert messages:
  1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
  2. Select the [Active Messages] tab.
  3. Use the Down arrow and select [Faults], [Alerts], or [Faults & Alerts].
  4. To view details, select a fault or alert.
Viewing the Fault History on the Control Panel
When faults occur, they are logged in to a fault history file by date, time, and fault code. Use this list to identify trends and resolve problems.
To view the fault history:
  1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
  2. Select the [Active Messages] tab.
  3. Select [Fault History]. The screen displays the number, date, time, and image count for each fault code.

I have a c920 lexmark with a fault code 920.000. my guess is that the fuserisnt heating up... based on the fact that its not getting hot... im guessing the fuser lamp has blown.... is there any other...

Hi, Majorly this Error 920.X display for a cold fuser. Some 920.xx error codes may be cleared by turning the printer on and off.
In general, fuser errors require replacement of the fuser. Fuser errors can be from a cold fuser or an overheated fuser. In your case you need to replace the Fuser.

Xerox 8560 37X Fault code

either the paper pulling gears are not spinning properly or they are craked or getting blocked by any dust particles.
or the fuser unit in the copier is not getting properly heated up.fuser unit has to be checked first before replacing and the printer /copier needs to be opened to check the fuser unit.

Xerox DC12 System Fault 6-355

06 codes refer to exposure lamp problems..(or scan) check lamp coming on, scan carriage position etc, don't have the code list, so carefully move the scan carriage up and down, make sure it moves OK
