Problem for HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hp c6100 error message that ink cartage is empty, but it not!

i have a hp photosmart c6100 series and will not print. i have replaced the ink cartage, it was my guess that the new cartage was damage so i got a new one(# 2) and it is still not working.
how do i fix this . i dont think that it is a communication prblem between the printer and my MAC. I was able to scan and sent a fax. but anything requiring my printer to print fails.
is there a way to reset/reboot my printer. or do i need a new printer or part. please help me i have assignments up the wazoo and i cant take thid much longer.
oh the ink that is not reading is the yellow 02

>if error persist clean the cartridge follow step two on this lin on how to clean the cartridge and electrical contacts

>if error still persist do a hardware reset,while printer is on unplug power cord at the back, press and hold # and 6 buttons on your printer at the same time while holding the buttons plug back power cord, when printer powers on and initializes or you see semi full reset you can release the buttons
