Question about Tomtom One Europe v2 GPS Receiver
Your tomtom has to be plugged to your computer and your tomtom has to be turned on in order for it to read. If that does not get it. go to tomtom.com, register, and go to your suppost page. Follow instruction on it and it should do the trick.
