I just notice that the ice maker model number is CAN13 and I believe the GE Monogram refrigerator model # is ZISS480DXSS. The problem is that ice tray is not receiving water and water is pooling below refrigerator.

Go to the back of the frige and turn off the water line. The solenoid may be leaking and may need replacement. Look to see if you can tell if the leak is there at the water solenoid or up inside. You could have a frozen water line going into the ice maker too. Use a hair dryer and heat the back of the frige where you see the water line. Then, turn water back on and see if you get flow into the ice machine.

Did you turn off the water line? I think the line may be frozen. Pull the back cover off and look at the water solenoid. It will have the water line going to it. See if it's leaking there or maybe from above...

Jenn-Air Side-by-side Refrigeration not making ice and leaks water underneath when ice maker arm is up

With the arm up in the ice tray, the water solenoid valve should be closed. When the arm drops, that tells the ice maker to open the water solenoid valve to fill the ice maker tray. It sound like the leak is at the inlet side of the water solenoid valve. On some models its not easy to get to, but follow the water line to it. Hope this is it for you. Good luck.

How does the ice maker work. I see a bin on the freezer side that is empty. Do I fill it with water?

Hello
No ,please don't do that. That tray collects ice cubes. System fill is automatic. Look for a wire arm of some kind and make sure it is in down or "make ice" position .Then give it plenty of time to cycle.

Hello! I have a Kenmore refrigerator model #10656576400. It stopped making ice for a while but then started up again. Now it is leaking water and filling up the tray underneath the ice cube mold. Is it...

The first thing to check would be the water fill valve located usually on the back outside of the unit where the water line comes in, these can start leaking water slowy into the icemaker. The icemaker itself tells the valve how long tostay opened, that can be adjusted by a tech or you may need to replace the icemaker

Ice maker no longer making ice. A few weeks ago the water that was supposed to fill just the ice tray, didn't turn off, overflowed the ice tray and proceeded to fill the ice basket underneath. Since then...

Sounds like the water flowed enough to freeze the end of the fill tube shut. Best to prepare to replace the dual water control valve on the rear and near floor of refrigerator. If it was leaking and you should thaw the tube you need to turn the main supply of water off until replaced. Then thaw tube and replace the dual control valve. I will return with a part number providing your model number is correct, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Ice maker making little ice/Leaking water on floor.

The ice trays bust be cleaned to prevent calcium build up. This will prevent the ice from froming in trays.
The overflow could be caused by the freezer not being level, or by the water fill timer not shutting of the incoming water. This will keep the water temp. too high to freeze the water. Also check the fill valve for sepage.
