MY SAMSUNG FRIDGE FREEZER WORKS FINE FOR A WHILE THEN IT WILL TURN ITSELF OFF FOR MAYBE AN HOUR OR TWO AND THEN TURN BACK ON AGAIN THIS HAPPENS ON A REGULAR BASIS ????

So, is this a problem? Does it allow frozen items to thaw? Frost free freezers work by going into a heat cycle about once every 20 hours or so for about 20 minutes; your model may be defrosting too long. During defrost, the compressor is off, and a heater is on inside the coils of the freezer. This melts ice built up on the heat exchanger. It might be normal for your model to be off for up to an hour if there is heavy frost build-up. Are the doors shutting and sealing correctly? A bad seal on the freezer door will allow frost to build up quickly.
Some of the Samsung models connect to your home network and allow the power company to put them into power save mode when necessary--this might be what your's is doing, but there is a panel indication when this happens.

Frost developing around door of freezer in my ss built-in ge refrigerator

look for a mullion heater switch and turn it on, this heats the door frame and does not let it get so cold, it could also be called an Economicle switch or an exterior water control switch

The wall seperating the fridge and freezer is overheating. The face of the wall is about 139 degrees F. The rest of the the fridge is just fine.

Hi there

There is a trace heater in the frame of the unit to prevent ice build up, this seems a little warm but I don;t think its a problem. Sometimes in manufacture the heater is a bit closer to the frame than it needs to be.

If there is no discoloration of the frame then I think it is nothing to worry about

SIDES OF THE FREEZER ARE WARM

From what you describe it sounds as though the condensation heaters in the door frame are on perhaps too much. find the switch if there is one and turn it off to see if that stops the heating and if so, you may have a bad thermostat for the condensation heater.

The middle panel between the freezer and refrigerator is very HOT

Sounds like the door heater has gone bad. You will need to pull off both the fridge and the freezer door panels and see which heating element has gone bad. This heater is to make sure that your doors do not ice up. But once they go bad they can be a pain to replace and repair.

Horizontal fridge freezer - Freezer over-heating

The door frame has a heater to stop ice forming around frame. This is normal. You don't notice it when freezer is cold. The freezer should start working again.

Heated seats

The body control module in this vehicle sees a short in the seat heater system. These vehiucles are typical of the heater wiring shorting out. When you try to use the bad heater the computer shuts off all the heaters.

You will need to install a new seat heater pad.

Side by side refrigerator is not cold. Bottom freezer is.

if the freezer is cold and the fridge is not then it can be several things. The freezer could have a bunrt out defrost heater, defrost timer faulty, fan not working in the freezer??. all of these things will stop your fridge getting cold, but your freezer will still be around minus 9 deg c. you wont get any air into the fridge as the coil in the freezer is prob all iced over. Dont worry about the heat on the door frame as it is only the anti sweat heater

Samsung frost free fridge freezer ices bottom of freezer

it means that the freezer heater is bad, it's located after you remove the racks from the freezer and removing the back panel, it's at the bottom or below the condenser.

I have a Samsung SR-S2028CSS side by side Fridge Freezer with an icemaker water dispenser. The freezer is run at -23 degrees and the fridge at 2 degrees. Recently the ice, having been made in the icemaker,...

Are you sure about these temps C or F? At 2 deg on either scale, food would freeze! And -23 is unreachable.
Water running down the door sounds like a seal leak, check by putting a dollar bill between the seal and the frame. It should NOT pull out easily. Or there may be an air leak in the ice/water dispenser. Look at these parts closely. Or the "stile heater", a heater in the door frame to prevent condensation, may be broke. This is expensive to fix.
