Question about Apple iPod touch
You will need a synching program---usually a component of a media player.
I use Media Jukebox (http://www.mediajukebox.com/ ) cuz it is free, easy and a MUCH smaller size than the others
but iTunes and WMP11 will also do it.
Once you decide on the media player, simply 'Import' the tracks you wish to transfer:
Go to Tools> Options and look for the Import section the follow the prompts.
Once the tracks are collected, use the same 'Tools' route to find the sync method (or search the programs' help files for 'sync'.)

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
