When in ready state try pressing the big green button for 5 seconds to print a test page if it does then check if there is an I.P Address on the test page

I work mostly with Datamax's.
If you push the feed button does it feed and stop where it's supposed to?
Turn it off, unplugg the network ( about 5' ) turn it back on, plugg in the network ( clear all jobs from the queu, which sometimes may have jobs in there that are frozen), do an internal test print and try to print a job.
Also try to re-calibrate the media.
