Question about ViewSonic VE710b 17" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
Conodenalore, It's probably the power supply has failed or at best partially failed. Tech will most likely need to evaluate it. If possible connect a KNOWN GOOD monitor in it's place to PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that the PC is good. You should also visit youtube and see some 8-12 minute video clips of LCD monitor disassembly and repairs of the top 2 causes of true monitor failures! Then get back here to fixya with your plan of action to effect a repair to your monitor. Only you can determine what to do! I'm louie12fix on fixya or lmistyrel @aol.com Bye for now.
