Yes, if it's just two wires in, they go to the top and two wires out, they go to the two terminals on the bottom leaving.

Assuming you are referring to a standard single pole switch and a 120 volt ceiling fan. The main incoming wire consists of a black, a white and a bare ground. The outgoing wire consists of a black, a white and a bare ground. First make sure the power is off. Then you will connect the two white wires together with an approved wire connector and fold them in to the switch box. Next twist the two bare ground wires together and use an approved wire connector (Greenie). Allow one of the bare ground wires to extend out through the hole in the greenie. this bare ground will attach to the green screw on the switch. Next take the black incoming wire and attach it to one of the two screws on the side of the switch. Then take the outgoing black wire and attach it to the other screw on the side of the switch. Encircle the switch with electrical tape covering the screws. Install the switch in to the switch box. Install the cover plate and then turn on the power. The fan should then turn on and off with the wall switch.

Yes.
The code is maximum 12 boxes per circuit breaker.
You can connect a 12-2 NM W/G cable to one of the outlets. Black-to-black and white-to-white and ground-to-ground. Black is hot, white is neutral, and ground is ground. And bring that cable into a hollow-wall box you install 50" high on the wall. Then run the 12-2 cable up to your light fixture.

You can also replace one of the outlets with a combo switch-outlet. The run singe 12-2 cable up to light.
This wiring diagram shows half way down how-to-wire-switches page.
Outlets have wide blade on neutral side, and narrow blade on hot side.
The black hot wires from old outlet connect to side of combo device with narrow blade.
The white neutrals from old outlet, and new wire going to switch, all connect to silver screw on wide-blade side of new combo device.
The black wire going to new light connects to screw next to switch located on wide-blade side of device.

The switch that you have works like 3 seperate switches. most of these switches will have gold screws
on one side and silver screws on the other side, lets say that the left is gold and the right is silver, and
the switch may also have a green screw for ground. your 12/2 with ground is your main hot, you may
want to mark it with a piece of tape, so you know it's the incoming hot. the ground off your hot will tie,
to the green screw on switch and continue and tie to your vent light which should also have a ground
the white coming off the hot is your neutral, it will go straight to your white or whites on your heater.
the black hot wire at your switch will go to each gold terminal on one side of the switch,there are two
ways you can do this, go to one side and just run a jumper, or put one wire on each gold screw and
tie in to your hot-black wire with a wire nut. now for the switch legs, you will need to run from your, switch
to your heater either another pair of 12/2s or a 12/3, each side of the switch that has one silver screw,
it's easier with a 12/3 normally a 12/3 will have a red,black,white,and ground.
top switch red to red on heater,black to black on light and the white blue on the vent,so from your switch
to the heater you would have to run a12/2 you would not use the black only the white and ground.
remember the white-neutral coming from the switch will be tied to all the whites at the vent,light,heater
except for the 10/3. the 10/3 is used stricktly for the switch legs. good luck!

Speaker wires:
grey=right front pos.
grey/black=right front neg.
white=left front pos.
white/black=left front neg.
violet=right rear pos.
violet/black=right rear neg.
green=left rear pos.
green/black=left rear neg.
red=12 volt switched power source
yellow=12 volt constant power source (direct to battery)
black=chassis ground
orange/white=illumination (switched source,not to head light switch)
blue/white=amp turn on lead (to remote turn on lead of amp)
blue=auto antenna (switched power source)
brown=phone mute lead (to cell phone mute lead)
RCA connector leads:
grey lead:
red=right front
white=left front
black lead:
red=right rear/right rear subwoofer
white=left rear/left rear subwoofer
(connect to external amp)
red lead:
red=right aux input
white=left aux input
(connect to external unit)
green lead:
red=right dual zone output
white=left dual zone output
(connect to wireless head phones)
That should be all there is. on the yellow that goes direct to the battery you need to use an inline fuse holder with 30 amp fuse.

One caveat of most In-Wall electronic switches/timers is that the device _must_ be installed at the switch box that has the power, in your case switch #1. In order to install it at switch #2, in your case, you need an extra wire between the switches (to carry the HOT wire), and unfortunately, the bare ground(ing) wire is not permitted to be used to carry current per National Electric Code (NEC).

In your case the wiring for the ST01 is as follows:

Switch box #1: Connect the incoming White wire to the White wire in the 3-wire cable that goes to switch box #2. Connect the incoming (Black) HOT wire to the Black wire on the switch/timer. Connect the Red wire in the 3-wire cable to the Red wire on the switch/timer. Connect the Black wire in the 3-wire cable to the blue wire on the switch/timer. Connect the green wire on the switch/timer to the 2 bare ground(ing) wires. If you have a metal box this connection should also have a pigtail that connects to the box with a green ground screw.

Switch box #2: Remove all of the existing wires from the 3-way switch. The three-way switch will have 2 screws the same color (usually black) and 1 screw (usually brass). For this scenario, one of the black screws will _not_ be used.

Connect the Black wire in the 3-wire cable coming from switch #1, the Black wire going to the lights, and a short Black pigtail together under one wirenut. The pigtail is then connected to the brass screw on the 3-way switch. The Red wire in the 3-wire cable coming from switch #1 is connected to one of the 2 black screws on the 3-way switch (pick one).

In effect you are installing a single switch at switch box #2. In fact, you can use a regular single pole switch if you want too.

To finish, connect the White wire in the 3-wire cable coming from switch #1 to the White wire going to the lights.

Grounding is the same as switch #1 except you'll need a pigtail to connect to the green screw on the 3-way switch.

That's it. You may want to check the battery compartment in the switch/timer, as sometimes they put in a pullout plastic tab to keep it from being energized until needed.

Now, the E1210 is a different animal, and can only be used to replace a single pole switch. You could use it by basically passing the power through to switch box #2 from switch box #1 and then cover switch box #1 with a blank plate. The ST01 could be used that way too, in which case the black on the device connects to the hot, the blue to the lights, and the red on the device is not used, nor will the Red wire in the 3-wire cable between the switch boxes be used.

Incoming white - outgoing white This is the neutral, which just passes through without connecting to the switch
incoming black - switch black the hot wire provides power to the switch
switch red - outgoing red a traveler, will have power when toggle is one position
switch yellow - outgoing black
the other traveler, will have power when toggle is in the other position
incoming bare - switch green - outgoing bare the switch is grounded and it passes through

Yes everything would work perfectly. I see no problems in your plan. Even if both fans were run off of one switch they would not burn out, the circuit it appropriately sized. You could even go a step down to save yourself some money and use 14/2 and 14/3 (supposing its only the fans running on the circuit). You can run up to 16 amps on 12 AWG wire and up to 12 amps on 14 AWG wire (80% of breaker tolerance). Also when it get to the fans use a wire junction box run your 3 wire cable in there and branch out to your fans from there with separate 2 wire cables. I believe that was your plan just wanted to clarify. Good luck!!

First, turn off the circuit breaker. The three wire bundle should be the incoming power, the four wire bundle should be going to the fixture. Using a duplex switch (one with two toggles), the incoming black wire goes to one side of the switch, the outgoing black and red wires go to separate terminals on the other side of the switch. The whites are connected together. The Grounds (or bare copper) are connected together and to the switch ground screw. Hopefully both the outgoing read and black were connected to the old switch or you may have to rewire the fan to wire up the fan and light separately.
