Either the flame sensor eye is dirty and not letting the gas valve stay open, your gas solenoid coils,or the control board are defective

Turn on broiler, select hi or lo, wait, broiler won't light, no gas smell inside oven either so gas is not even flowing to the broiler element. What's wrong?

I hate to ask the obvious, but have you verified that the gas is turned on? If your main gas shutoff valve is outside, someone may have turned the valve off.... If you have other gas appliances, do they work OK? Valves can be different, but usually a valve is "on" when the handle parallels the pipe, and "off" when the handle is turned cross-wise to the pipe.

Duet gas gas dryer has no heat

does the flame go on and then shut down if so make sure vent hose is clear all the way through if ok then you need to locate the blower wheel and make sure there isnt a sock jambed in it and its tight on the shaft not spinning loose they crack and are servicable.

MY carrier model #58DHC with hot surface ignitor has quit working. Blower works, but no heat. If you turn the thermostat to on fan will run but no heat. Did preliminary testings with self test on printed...

If you suspect its the ignitor? The hot surface ignitor is powered by 120v. Inspect ignitors' hot surface for cracks or burnt spots. Uplug ignitor from board. Cycle heat on and verify 120v to the ignitor at the cannon plug on the board where the ignitor plugs in. If you have the voltage then replace the ignitor. If not, you'll need to verify all other circuits are working before condemning the board. Work safe and at your own risk! Hope this helps!

My mother has a Kitchenaid Superba Dryer, gas, everything seems to work, but the unit won't heat.

WELL ITS 1 OF A COUPLE OF THINGS NO HEAT KITCHEN AID USES A THERMAL FUSE IN THE BACK OF THE DRYER CHECK THAT FIRST USE A MULTI METER FOR THAT ALWAYS UNPLUG ANY APPLIANCE WHEN DOING ANY WORK ON THEM IF YOU HAVE A GLOW DOWN ON BOTTOM IT COULD BE THE FLAME SENSOR IS BAD OR GAS VALVE COILS ARE NOT LETTING THE GAS OUT OR YOUR GAS IS OFF AT MAIN FROM HOUSE GOOD LUCK GEORGE

Rheem gas furnace pilot lights, but no burners or fan

If the burners do not fully ignite, the sensor will shut the furnace down. The lack of sufficient burner flame is a gas valve or gas pressure problem within the valve.
Replacing the gas valve with the original one may get you going. I surely suggest a professional service company for safety reasons and a thorough inspection. A 20 year old furnace is past it's normal life span.

Frigidaire Gas Dryer not heating up. Other elements are all ok.

It sounds like your igniter is no good. At all costs, check the Fuse before anything else. It is usually accessed from the back of the unit.
