- hi iv only had my lap top a few weeks and im not the brightest person with computers so im wondering if you could help me i cant play dvds ant more one min it was working then next there nothinf even when i go i to my computer theres on removable disk drive whats hapeened and how do i fix it thanks dan- danhamill

when i hook it up onto the computer i can here the detection sound usb and also the the usb confirmation icon pop's up on the lower right screen near the time...
i've tried switching the casing also and it doesnt work....tried different usb ports.....tried different computers n operating systems as well and so far no luck.....the data on my HD is very valuable to be, is there anyway i can save the data?
