Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a 7310 all-in-one. Last evening I got a low color cartridge message, this morning the printer is not working and I can't get it to come on.
I have checked to make sure that it is plugged in and that the power strip is active.
I know you've checked the power strip, but can you please plug the printer directly into a working wall outlet as a test? Also, make sure the printer end of the power cord is secure.
