Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
Purchased last year Canon DR-3080 CII; worked fine until yesterday; only scans half or right side of document; power off/on, reinstalled driver, checked scan settings; nothing worked; no service warranty; cannot ask Canon for free; must have service application initiated first before anyone from Canon tech support would talk to you; please help. Try all formats, Color, Grey & Black & white. If you have problem it could be the scan module. Check for loose contacts, but this is rare in a working machine.
