This usually means the software or the driver for the printer has not been installed successfully. Try running the cd again and then restart the computer before trying to print anything.

Computer can's see Print Server in Add Printer Wizard The WGPS606 installation -- part 1 -- seemed to go fine. It sees our wireless network, we assigned it an IP address, it sees the printer connected to...

Make sure the printer has been connected locally first and that the print drivers have been installed. This should then allow you to add the printer via the set up.

I have just purchased a HP Officejet J5750 All-in-one and have no connection to computer even thought all cables are connected and software has been installed. Where can i find a trouble shooting guide?

While installing the software, did you use the MS PRINTER INSTALLATION WIZARD? Try this: left click mouse on WINDOWS START on lower left corner of screen. Left click on CONTROL PANEL, then left click on PRINTERS.On the PRINTERS window, left click on ADD A PRINTER on the upper toolbar. The ADD PRINTER window will appear, displaying CHOOSE A PRINTER PORT. Left click on USE AN EXISTING PORT. From the drop-down window, choose any port starting with the letters USB. You may have to try each USB port individually to see which one will work with your printer. Just follow the wizard's instructions and your printer will then be connected.
