If I put more then 2 pair of jeans it won't spin out. Is the censor gone or barrel off

The barrel is out of balance. Remove the jeans and redistribute evenly, or wash fewer pairs of jeans at a time.

Where is the filter at on it

Pull washing machine out from wall about 2 feet. Tilt the washing machine back carefully and let it rest against the wall at about 45 degrees, use a block to prop if wont stay or you are

uncomfortable. Towards the front on the bottom of the barrel at about 5 o'clock, you will see a rubber hose connected to the pump and the barrel, filter is inside. Disconnect from barrel and remove filter.

An ue code flashing

UE is an imbalance error which is displayed when either the load is small or the appliance is tilted. You can also check if the washer is balanced and try unplugging the washer for 15 minutes to check if its balanced. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Very loud shaking during spin cycle

assuming it is a front loader. Check if transport bolts are not still attatched. If not, open back cover and look for shocks for breakage or being siszed. Do you have a noise from the drum while spinning and having no load. If so, the bearings need to be replaced.

Basket is off balance. Basket is tilted (not

make sure you loads are balanced, put heaviest clothes in first... if you can rock it by hand then the legs are not adjusted properly. If you stand 2 feet away from front of machine, jump up and down and see it move the floor is soft and you need 2 sheets of plywood to make 1 1/2 inches put under the machine

We can't seem to balance our washer barrel with or without a load. it spins out of balance. all springs are good.

Is the washer itself balanced? Have you tried adjusting the adjustable "leg" screws on the bottom of the washer?

Washer stops due to being out of balance very easily

Depending on the make and model some washers have a double nut after you level and adjust make sure you tighten the other nut so it doesnt work itself loose under heavy loads..........If it's an older washer look inside the barrel theres springs in there that hold it in place one of these may have come off or may have broken........

Tub gets off balance and makes noise while washing.

It probably does this because you have overloaded the machine with towels or bedding try putting less in...

Water left in barrel (not the tumbler)

If you can't see any water and just hear it, this is completely normal. This is a front load washer and has a special cover of the inner tub basket. This cover contains some water that has been sealed in at the factory to keep the load balanced while it is spinning.
