Question about Apple iPod shuffle MP3 Player
In your main music library, click the songs you wish to move (pres the control key while clicking to select multiple) then when you have chosen the final one, do not release the mouse, keep pressing to click; and drag/pull it into the left menu bar where it has the name of your iPod. Release it when you have highlighted the name of your iPod. This should do it. :)
