You should have a knob that you can adjust how much air and torque is passed throught he air wrench. Otherwise the rubber trigger seal is bad.

1986 nissan pick up leaks out of sterring box

check to see if the leak is at the shaft that the pitman shaft attaches to. if it is the pitman shaft seal will need replacing. if its leaking out the input shaft, the part that attaches to the steering column, then this seal will have to be replaced. check the power steering hoses closely for cuts and leaks. you may have to wash the area to remove the oil to find the leak.

How to change the oil pressure on 96 ford taurus

The switch is standard pipe threads with some threadlock on it.
You can buy a special socket when you buy the switch which makes it easier to R&R, or you can use a deep socket that fits the switch.

1998 camry oil smells like fuel, 260,000 miles. out runs strong, Just replaced the valve gaskets, can anyone help me figure out what's wrong?

These engines do have chronic oil leaks onto the exhaust, hence the burning smell. When cam cover gaskets are replaced it is best to use the genuine Toyota parts, they seem to have some quality which lasts better.

Other places which leak are the distributor shaft o-ring seal, and crankshaft nose seal, behind the timing belt sprocket. These can be replaced. The crankshaft rear main seal will leak, but is expensive, so just leave it.

How do you change the oil pressure switch on 99 ford explorer? And where is it located in laymens terms.

OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ON LOWER SIDE OF ENGINE NEXT TO THE OIL FILTER.BOTH ARE ON THE SAME OIL CHANNEL IN CYLINDER BLOCK.ALL YOU HAVE DO TO REMOVE IT.IS DISCONNECT OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR.THEN USE A OIL PRESSURE SWITCH SOCKET WITH A RARCHET WRENCH AND EXTENSION..YOU CAN BUY SOCKET AT ANY AUTO PART STORES.REMOVE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH. WHEN INSTALLING NEW ONE MAKE SURE THREADS HAS SOME KIND OF SEALER LIKE TEFLON TAPE CAN BE USED ON NEW OIL PRESSURE SWITCH IF IT DONT HAVE NO SEALER ON THREADS. WHEN YOU GET NEW ONE IN PLACE CRANK VECHICLE CHECK FOR LEAKS.

Oil shaft o ring location?

The tools needed are a 13MM socket and extension for throttle body and shaft clamp, a 10MM socket for the fuel line hold-down clamp, a screwdriver to remove the air intake tube, and a 16MM open-end or flare wrench to remove the fuel lines. Also grab plenty of paper towels for oil and fuel cleanup.

If your o-ring has been leaking there will be all sorts of grime and dirt accumulated around the shaft. Clean this off BEFORE you try to pull the shaft out. Otherwise some of this **** will fall into your engine when the shaft lets loose.

Put paper towels or sandwich bags over the open fuel lines while your working. It's alot easier to do this than pull injectors apart because you got some dirt in the fuel lines.
To pull the shaft out grab the lip on the outer diameter of the shaft.Once you have a hold of it, pull up on it. If it doesn't pull out with a gentle tug, twist in either direction while pulling and it should pop right out. Once you get the shaft out clean around the base where it fits. Some crud will likely fall onto this surface when the shaft is pulled and prevent it from seating completely. Also clean the clamp and shaft thoroughly, getting any grit out from inside the gear teeth. this will help.thanks.

Air leaks arond trigger when depressed, but no nail fires.

Where does the air leak out from? If it leaks from the trigger DeWalt makes a trigger valve assembly part # 641006-00 list 8.89 BUT if it leaks from other areas we have to look into it deeper. If it is just the trigger valve let me know and I will give you instructions how to remove and install the new one.
