Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
I got a new Sansa Clip and when I turn it on it just freezes on the SanDisk Sansa logo screen. I tried holding the power on/off key down for 20 seconds but that didn't work. Any ideas?
Do this first:
Then update your firmware:
I think you need to connect to a PC though, not sure

If you hold up the power button on it for 10 to 15 seconds it will turn on. I'm sorry if it doesn't work for you..but it worked for me

I had this situation a couple of times. I just wiated for it to use all the battery power and turn-off by itself. After You charge it and turn-on again, it should work, it worked for me :)
