Question about Brother MFC-8640D All-In-One Laser Printer
I have a Brother mFC 8640D - paper feeds through and gets jammed in the back of the machine - the rollers do not bring it through to tray. I have taken the machine apart - the gear is not broken (just replaced it four months ago). Got any ideas what may be the problem?
The black exit rollers on top get slick from the paper and toner, they need to be cleaned with a damp rag. You hold the rag against them 1 at a time and open and close the front door so they will rotate while you hold the rag on them. Should help the paper exit.
