It may be disabled the the device manager (right click "my computer" and click properties then click hardware then device manager. Look for any devices with a red X through them and you can enable them.
If there isnt a red X then i would right click and uninstall the wireless card (under network adapters) then click "action" and scan for hardware changes to reinstall it. Sometimes the driver gets messed up and that will fix it.
