The appliance is fitted with a intereference suppressor to smooth the current load when running these can fail and cause youre problem if the appliance trips immediately you turn on it will need this replacing its a cheap component.if it trips after a few minutes during the wash will probably be a wash heater, more expensive.

Why dose the fuse keep blowing when air turn on

one of the HVAC components, is shorted.
the fuse is there to stop the fire. (keeps wires from burning to a crisp)
if dash blower still runs.
then its a compressor clutch short, or a condensor fan out front shorted. (2 guesses) but we dont guess, we isolate parts. to find that the short clear. then test the part , disconnected.
need a video on how to find shorts.

Dash and tail light out. 15A fuse keeps shorting.

the power wire is the centre terminal of the lights. If that wire is touching anything like the spring under the terminal that will be the short. Push each wire through the fitting and check for rust /broken springs or bare wire that can touch the earth.

I keep shorting out also my coolant fan fuse?

Probably need to replace the fan motor itself. Check all the wires first, and make sure nothing is shorting out on the engine block or frame.

Fridge keeps tripping breaker and I hear a loud pop

Unplug and keep unplugged until the short circuit is found. COULD BE:
Line cord coming in is bad. A wire is bare touching chassis. A shorted motor capacitor. A shorted Compressor. A shorted wire to cooling fan. You could start a fire or get shocked, be careful.
