I just bought and installed this keyboard. I experienced two issues, both easy enough to resolve. 1. The included batteries were dead, fix was new batteries. 2. While installing the batteries I discovered that the contacts for the + end were not making contact, fix was to gently bend the contacts out so that they would make proper contact. Keyboard works like a son of a gun. Quality and bang 4 buck is A++....

Hi i have a Vizio E470-A0 That wont turn on. I press the power button and it turns on for a second then fades or just cuts off.

Does your 12 volt remain at 12 after it shuts off or does it drop to 0?..This model was known for issues with the LED lamps themselves but Ive seen a number of sets where the LED's were fine and it was the power supply or main boards bad

The TV comes on great picture and sound. After 7 to 10 minutes the TV shuts off. Most times it will come back on in 1 to 2 mins but only stays on a minute or two before it shuts off again.Model # ELDF

Power supplies are number one for going bad on TVs. I think it is worth replacing the part. Sounds like it is over heating and coming back on line when it cools.

Adjust the REED swicht , see diagram, clean it, and tight the plug very well.

2) clean the ribbon cables, for keypads, clean it.
3) tight the connector from display board vs lower board too
see the block diagram
After you fix it. RUN the software calibration for diagnostic, troubleshooting. too

My dryer is dead. I have ohmed out the cord and changed the dryer control board (8546219). Still dead, nothing at all. Any other ideas? I have checked the fuse and it is good. I had a local repair man look...

hello again,

no thier doesn't seem to big issue with with reconditioned control panels in fact i dare say yours is good since the dryer didnt start with the original one and still wont start with the one you have replaced. having checked teh thermal fuse to be good and with basically 2 control boards yet the dryer doesnt run it seems very possible the motor is going to be the problem...not sure what led ya to the control board yet it the drum doesnt turn the very part that turns it when power is applied to,if it has powewr to it and doesnt turn the drum it would seem to me its bad....dont get me wrong on this but its like having a broken leg and going to the doctor and saying i believe that my heart is weak since my legs hurts and totally disregarding the broken leg

Key board seems to be locked

Hello,

Remove the battery and attempt to have the unit only on A/C Power and see if that makes a difference.

Monitor goes into power saving mode when booting, have tried monitor on another PC and it is fine, Have also tried video card and that is also working,The PC seems to boot up correctly [just going on...

Try going into the BIOS on boot and look to see if it is set wrong. To access BIOS, you USUALLY, but not always, tap the Del or F2 key once or twice a second while booting up. This depends on your BIOS and PC model. also, seem to me that if you move your mouse or hit a key the monitor should come out of power save. Try right clicking on the desktop and going to properties. Changing a setting(power options, screen saver, etc.) in there may fix the problem.
