Question about Yahoo Messenger
When electricity goes or comes my computer get restarted suddenly,i use invertor for power back-up and i have a good UPS too even i have changed my SMPS too but situation is still same.PC's restarting problem dont occur always but happen very often.i scare that i can loose my harddisk due to sudden restarting of my PC.i dont know whether i have earthing problem of power, problem of invertor or SMPS problem..can u please help me for coping up with this situation asap.
Perhaps the computer is overheating and shutting down to protect its components. If so, blowing out the inside of the computer and the heatsink fins on the processor could alleviate such a problem.
When a computer shuts down for such protection, it seldom damages the harddrive. If there's a sudden loss of power, a surge of power across the heads could damage the disks as the head drifts across them. Usually a disk check can repair this type of damage. But even with damaged sectors, most data would be recoverable.

i uninstall my yahoo but i didnt restart the pc after unistalling - This can be a normal issue and may be the version you installed does not require you to Restart your Computer so you can ignore this.
due to an error occured in opening a file while downloading - This error is normally occured because of the disconnection of Internet while the file was being downloaded. You need to make sure that the file is completely downloaded before you start installing it.
