I have a 4 month old Dell Studio 1535 laptop. When I plug my stereo speakers into the headphone/speaker connector on my laptop there is a loud buzzing noise coming from the speakers. The audio comes through too, but you can hardly hear it because of the buzzing noise. I have connected a few friend's laptops to my stereo and there is NO buzzing noise at all !!!!!!!! HELP !!! What's wrong !!!!!

My Dell Studio 1535 doesn't prodcue a sound anymore. I can't figure out why. I checked the mute button, I checked the sound in my control panel and everything looks normal. This happened to me when I first got the laptop when I input headphones into the headphone jack and couldn't get the sound back to the speakers.

A problem of mine about images on Internet Explorer was recentky commented on, but I need another solution. The initial problem was that on the guest and second administrator account on my computer, the "little red x" showed up for most images. This did not happen on the primary admin account though. The solution was that Toggle might have accidentally been installed, and that I could uninstall it in the Add/Remove Programs. I checked, but Toggle was not in the programs. Any other suggestions? The original question that I posted has a little more detail, so visit my page if you need to see it.

I travel by truck to all parts of the usa and fly to various parts of the world to construction sites. I have a Dell Studio 1535 and need a mobile, compact(small & light enough to fit in my Targus laptop backpack) printer which is durable. I don't need high volume capability or any bells and whistles, although remote faxing would be a plus.......any ideas ?.. Pete Dowling Wind Turbine Project Manager
