try to find the registration code from the source where u download it. or if u had purchased it then ask for code again.

The activation code is generated when you put the serial into the "activate now" box. It should appear but if it doesn't, call Autodesk and they will generate one for you very quickly. I have always had problems activating clients AutoCAD and almost always have to call them or email them.
