I HAVE A 2.5KVA MICROTEK INVERTER WITH 4 EXIDE BATTERIES THAT THE LOW BATTERY ALARM KEEPS GOING OFF AND THEN IT STOP WORKING WHEN THE POWER IS CUT, I HAVE BOUGHT A BATTERY TESTER AND THEY SHOW 3 AT 75% AND ONE THE NEAREST TO THE INVERTER SHOW 100% CAN U TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS
1- should the battery in the same age don't use old with new battery
2- check the stare of battery
a- battery water
b- battery connector ( bad connection give low voltage)
3- check the charging current it is work normally i mean go form 60 amp than 45 amp than 30 amp than 15 amp than 5 amp than 0 amp
finally if charging current OK this means bad battery with battery checking
if charging no good this means inverter problem
