My LG washer shoes OE and I don't know what to do??

If I'm not mistaken this is a drain issue so check to make sure nothing has your drain hose kinked or clogged. There is also a drain filter that you need to check and clean if needed. There is a small door cover on the bottom fron of the washer. First pull the tube out a little and hold it over a container then remove the cap. This will drain the pump and when no more water comes out you can remove the drain filter by turning the cap thats next to the tube you just drained. Sometimes there is still a little water left so you may have to clean up a little but not much. Clean the filter if needed and you can also look in the pipe to see if any debris was left in the pipe. Place everything back and this should get you back to doing more laundry.

The water pump can be blocked and thus stop the machine from finishing the wash cycle. In front on the bottom there is as hatch that can be opened with a flat screwdriver, the small black rubber pipe can be used to first drain all the water before the opening the filter. Small objects such as coins coluld be found in here, blocking the pump. Clean the pump by removing these, optionally blowing into the outlet (yuck!), to dislodge anything. If that does not help to fix the problem, you can clean that actual water pump, but this requires you to use a screwdriver to remove the pump.

Tilt the machine on its side, the pump is attached with 3 self-tapping screws. (if you can't figure out what the pump is you should probably let a technician do this). The pump has 2 parts to it, take it apart carefully and clean out all the dirt that has accumulated in there. Plastic friendly, waterproof grease can be applied to the pump spindle and bearing if available.

If the problem still persists a new pump is available from LG at a reasonable cost.

Washine machine does the cylce but left with soaking wet washing, is it not draining or have i plumbed it in wrong!

1. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
2. Remove the filter and make sure that the filter is not blocked and is clean and clear of all debris. Clean as required. Note that depending on the machine type you may get a lot of water coming out of the filter when you remove it if the machine has not drained successfully.
3. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
4. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
5. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
6. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
7. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
8. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
9. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
10. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
11. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.

Homemaker HMWM8000 shows E2 error and will not pump out water

Maybe just a blocked filter?
If the waste pipe is clear and nothing in the filter, the pump is worn or faulty.
Remove waste pipe and lay it flat on the ground to drain.
Hope this helps

Whirlpool 6sence washin machine problem

Probably a faulty door lock mechanism. Since you live near the ocean there could be corrosion in the harness connections. I would clean them real good with contact cleaner.

The door on my front end Whirpool Duet Washer will not open?

Plug off the mains. You have to look for screws below the front kick-panel, the panel comes down & out. The pump is on the right side. Be prepared for dirty water. There is a drain hose here, disconnect & drain out. There could be a lot of water. Inside the big flexible tube (coming from the tub bottom) is the filter, be prepared to find all sorts of junk here, clean out. Examine your pump also, clean out the impeller. Carefully refit all. Your machine would be fine. Don’t wait for the machine to jam to look into your filter.
For some front loader models after removing the panel, the filter is in the compartment having the white screw able lid. The big hose from the bottom of your tub leads to this compartment.

For the door to unlock, press & hold 'end of cycle' for 3 seconds, power shd be on for this, try door after 2 minutes. Your machine may not open if there is water inside, so first drain.
