perhaps your subscription needs to be renewed?
they really like to get your money every year, in a timely manner! get online and google a2- it's free, and pretty reliable! then go to spybots&d (accept no substitutes!) that's for anti-malware. a2 is an anti-virus,trojan,worm, etc. if you wish to donate a few bucks, go ahead- but they don't demand it!
used them for years, and i can testify that they are pretty good at what they do!
