at 325 degrees should have been cooked so im saying that its not actually getting that hot...\ i think the thermostat might be buggered and not heating up properly or the heater element is playing up its hard to change them or find witch one it can be so it would be so much easier for you to call a local repair guy

You should be using convection mode first of all. It's not clear from your post if you are. Also looks like you're oven is baking at higher temperature than it says. Try 170 degrees for 13-14 mins instead.
