Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player
I'm sure it's a lot easier than i'm making it but how do I get rid of the "unknown" songs? My imac doesn't show how, the files are there I just can't open them...keeps coming up "can't open movie file". I thought windows sucked so I buy an apple, easy, hmmmpf
that sansa's crap when the unknowns are cued (on accident now I assure you) because you have to shut it down to get it working again.
Your songs are splitting into 2 files, one is the unknown file. You need to download a free program called "finder cleaner", open up finder cleaner, select the music folder on your e280 and it will delete the "unknown" files. Also you cant put movie files on it from a Mac. The only way to put movie files on it is from a PC, using the sandisk converter program. I use my e280 with a Mac also and found out these things by doing online research.
