Where to get a wii fixed?

My son put a plastic disc into the wii and it is stuck in there. How do I get it out? Who should I send it to in order to get it fixed?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Where to get a wii fixed?

Does it still have a warranty? If it does, then use the free warranty and send it into Nintendo. Follow the Instuction Manual and call them up to send your console in for repair.

Our son has two disc stuck in thw wii - how do we

Try to hit the eject button many times until you can grab one. To grab it if you can reach it, I would get a set of needle noise pliers and a cloth (too protect the disc) and fold the cloth then put it on the pliers so that the pliers don't scratch the disc and pull it out.

My son stuck a metal name plate while playing th wii now it says an error has occurred. Could he have damaged the lense??

if he stuck a metal plate in the disc tray he hit the disc sensor which will not read any disc if you still have your warranty for the wii call nintendo they will help you with sending it to the nintendo customer service if you dont have a warranty your only option is to get a new system.

Wii unable to accept/eject disc making buzzing sound

  • When the disks were put in/taken out the little plastic clips in side the wii may have broken off. Might be stuck near the motor. Gently shake while rotating the the wii with all the cords off with no game inside. listen for anything loose. If your lucky the piece will go to another part of the wii. Best thing is to find someone to take it apart to check.

Won't eject disc, just clicks like it's tring to.

Hmmmm, try reseting the wii or synching it. The sync button is under a removeable piece of plastic on the console??? it will show you in the manual.

Ds game stuck inside wii

lol funny situation now maybe you should get either 2 very thin peices of wire or something sort of solid and fish it out or unscrew your console and if there are wires hanging from bits just dont touch them and keep unscrewing and remember were you took the things out from then when you get to the cd slot take the ds card out and that should work good luck

Unable to read disk error

If Wii gives Disc Read Error, first step you need to check is to try another disc or clean the exisitng disc. This will confirm that problem is with either Wii or Disc. If the console itself is giving disc read error then it needs to be repaired. You may check out DIY Wii Fix Guide, that will show step by step information to fix the problem yourself.
